    don’t listen to these people who are probably obese or overweight anywayst:) :) lol yes okay first do the 2468 then water quick for 3 days then 2468 again and you will lose weight and 2468= 200 cals then 400 cals then 600 and 800 you can even mix and match and if you are on your 400 day and eat 800 then its okay but you have to eat diffrent calories everyday okay?:) Eat what you want but under your calorie day oh and do it like this..day 1-400 day 2-600 day 3-200 day 4-800:) lol then quick for three days and remember to exercise and burn atleast 1000 cals a dY BY RUNNING OR WALKING) Just start tmo and watch i have lost 3 lbs this weekk:) well in 3 days because of compulsive running and 2468:)

    1. First start by getting up before than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.

    2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up before and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.

    3. Diet. Cut all current meal parts in half, just cut them in half, nothing like or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, nighttime snacks, etc. If you crave at nighttime eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. Here are some tasty ones out here.

    4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up before. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you reckon the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

    2) Dehydrate yourself. Do not drink any water, and you can lose up to 10 pounds (time consumed: a day or two)

    3) Get lipo-suction (time consumed: idk, i guess a few hours)
